You know I love a good San Francisco engagement session with the Golden Gate Bridge so when McKenna told me she wanted to shoot their engagement photos at Kirby Cove, I was stoked! Kirby cove in San Francisco is a private beach and is only accessible by hiking in or getting a day pass permit to drive down. McKenna was able to get a Kirby cove permit and so we planned a carefree, candid engagement session on the beach. On the day of it was so sunny and our hopes for a moody San Francisco engagement session wasn’t looking like it was going to happen. Once we started shooting the fog rolled in and we created some MAGIC. McKenna and Brian had mentioned before we started shooting that they wanted their engagement photos to not be posed and not cheesy. I was like heck ya! Those engagement sessions are my absolute favorite to shoot and these two were such a blast to shoot with! We were literally running around Kirby cove and laughing the entire session! We ended their engagement session at Kirby cove at sunset with a champagne shower ( scroll to the bottom for surprise!)Get ready for a ton of smiles and good times in this blog post. Definitely adding Kirby cove to my favorite San Francisco engagement session locations because wow! Just check it out for yourself!
So excited for these two to get married in Lake Tahoe next year! I know it’ll be a blast!
