San Diego engagement photos in Julian

When deciding on your San Diego engagement session location its a tough choice between the craft cool cliffsides by the ocean, the mountains and gorgeous open fields to run around with! Kaila and Nick decided on Julian engagement photos for their San Diego engagement session location of choice. These two are getting married at Sacred Mountain in Julian later this year so getting to photograph their San Diego engagement photos up by their wedding venue was so fun. Their engagement session was one of those fun and adventurous session where we had a plan on where we wanted to go but ended up exploring other spots along the way. I’m so glad we did because we came across the most epic open fields right as the sun was setting over the hills behind them. You definitely don’t get rolling hills and open fields in Orange County so we were all stoked for this engagement session location! San Diego has a lot of cool engagement session locations but Julian became my top favorite San Diego engagement session location after their engagement session. I just love the variety of spots and looks Julian gives off and you know how much I love variety in sessions! 

I can’t wait to come back to Julian for more San Diego engagement sessions so soon!
