Steamy Laguna beach couple photos?! Check! Olivia and Zack were one of those couples who was down for anything and everything. From the beginning they wanted to do some photos in the water so we planned an epic laguna beach couple session at Crystal cove on a hot summer day. The day of the shoot was beautiful and sunny out until about an hour before their session. The clouds came over and the beach turned pretty cold. These two didn’t let the weather stop them from getting completely drenched in the ocean for the photos. I have to say…totally worth it! These steamy laguna beach couple photos of Olivia and Zack have become some of my favorites ever! Also Olivia is a super talented raw gemstone ring maker so we snuck in a ton of her gorgeous pieces into the shoot. Check out here work here.
Thinking of doing your own steamy couple session or engagement session? Here’s a few tips before you plan your session!
- Don’t think about it too much! It’s totally understandable to get nervous to be in front of the camera especially if it’s your first time but the more you think about it , the more nervous you’ll be. Expect fun and amazing photos. That’s it!
- Be open to being adventurous! You can only create images like these if you two are open to being adventurous and having a ton of fun getting wet and sandy.
- Plan outfits out that you aren’t scared to get dirty and wet. Scour amazon for cheap dresses that can get semi ruined in the ocean. That way you aren’t worried about your favorite clothes getting damaged.
