Romantic Coastal Malibu elopement

Shirin and Gary traveled all the way from the Midwest to elope in Malibu at the most beautiful/chic airbnb. Over the past year we have worked together to plan out their perfect Malibu elopement. Sadly a couple of days before the special day, the weather was showing rain. I loved that Shirin and Gary didn’t let it get them down. We made a plan B just in case there was rain and still planned on having the best day Malibu. They both got ready at their Malibu airbnb , which was giving all the Italian coast vibes. I’m obsessed with their Airbnb choice. They had their first look in the gardens of their Airbnb before deciding to have their ceremony there as well. Their wedding ceremony was extra special because I had the honor of officiating their ceremony for them. I loved how they made their wedding ceremony more symbolic with sage and tying of the rope around both of their hands. I’ll never forget their intimate ceremony.

After their Airbnb ceremony, we headed to El Matador state beach for some Malibu beach elopement photos where we got to have some fun in the sand (and water!). I love when my couples are down to let loose and have a good time. It was so hard not to stay on the beach all evening and photograph these two newlyweds. Shirin and Gary’s intimate Malibu elopement was intentional, special and just an overall fun day.
